Massage especially tailored to expectant mothers' specific needs; promotes relaxation, soothes nerves, and relieves strained back and leg muscles, and frees shortened and strained muscles around the belly and hips.
Two hours of client's choice of Swedish (relaxation), deep tissue, sports massage, or a combination of modalities tailored to address specific individual's needs.
90-Minute neuromuscular therapy treatment incorporating spot-specific use of:
• FasciaBlaster(TM),
• percussive massager, and/or
• silicone cups
to relieve connective tissue bound by hypertonicity and adhesions and enhance overall relief from muscle tension and increase muscle recovery time.
